"Reason I bought this flange over less expensive flang is because it is Stainless Steel. When I received it it was beefier that I thought it would be. Very happy with the purchase. You do have to remove your old rusty flange before you can install this flange. I used a dremel with a cutoff wheel to remove the old flange."
